Yorkin Indigenous Reservations
The Yorkin Indigenous Reservations tour takes guests into the Bri Bri land to explore the culture of pre-Columbian Costa Rica. The first part of this natural tour involves driving about 40 minutes until tour participants reach the Yorkin River, a significant river in the area between Panama and Costa Rica. On this journey, guests will cruise through the freshwater river on a canoe until reaching the reservations of the indigenous people of this area in Puerta Viejo.
Once reaching the reservations, guests will have a chance to learn more about the way of living and the culture of the people who inhabit the place.
